2. Payment Information

Membership payments may be processed by Squarespace or another third-party payment processor.

AHEA does not directly store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may provide us with limited information, such as purchase status, membership type, billing interval, transaction identifiers, or customer email, so we can manage access.

3. Account and Access Information

AHEA may use email verification, membership purchase data, and backend access records to determine whether you have free, paid, comped, or administrative access.

Access decisions are handled by AHEA’s shared backend systems. Frontend tools do not independently decide membership eligibility or free-trial status.

4. AI Tool Inputs and Outputs

When you use AHEA digital tools, the information you enter may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate a response.

You should not submit protected health information, highly sensitive personal information, confidential organizational information, or information you are not authorized to share.

We do not intentionally collect protected health information for use in AHEA tools.

  • provide website and tool access;

  • verify accounts and email addresses;

  • process membership access;

  • enforce free trial and paid access rules;

  • prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;

  • operate and improve digital tools;

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to operate our website and services, including:

  • Squarespace for website, membership, and commerce functions;

  • Vercel for hosting;

  • Supabase for authentication and database services;

  • Upstash for rate limiting;

  • OpenAI or other AI providers for AI-generated tool outputs;

  • email, analytics, logging, or support providers as needed.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • abuse prevention;

  • to protect the rights, safety, and security of AHEA, users, or the public;
