Join an AHEA
Information Session

Come learn more and bring your questions

AHEA was created for people who believe health equity still matters - and who are looking for practical support, meaningful opportunities, and a community that understands the work.

If you are curious about AHEA membership, we would be glad to welcome you to an informal online information session. You will have a chance to learn more about what AHEA is building, explore the ways members can participate, and ask any questions you may have.

There is no formal presentation to prepare for and no pressure to make a decision during the session. Come as you are, bring whatever questions are on your mind, and consider whether AHEA feels like the right community for you.

Sessions are 30 minutes and held virtually through Zoom.

What we’ll explore together

During the session, we’ll talk about:

  • Why AHEA was created and who it is designed to support

  • The practical tools and trusted spaces available to members

  • Opportunities for leadership, publication, recognition, and community impact

  • People’s Health Project and other ways to contribute

  • What membership includes and what to expect after joining

There will also be plenty of time for conversation and questions.
