You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information

A person purchasing or sponsoring a membership for another adult may not create the recipient’s account or accept AHEA’s policies on the recipient’s behalf.
AHEA may require email verification or other reasonable steps to confirm identity, eligibility, membership status, access authorization, or account security.

AHEA may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
6. AHEA intellectual property
AHEA’s websites and services contain material owned by or licensed to AHEA, including:
Names, logos, trademarks, and branding
Website designs and layouts
Written and visual content
Tool interfaces
Proprietary prompts, workflows, methods, rubrics, and templates
Reports, publications, graphics, and program materials
Software and source code

This license does not transfer ownership of AHEA intellectual property or authorize commercial reproduction, redistribution, sublicensing, or creation of a competing service.
7. Digital tools and generated content
AHEA’s digital tools may use artificial intelligence, research databases, and automated processing.
Generated content may be:
Inaccurate
Incomplete
Outdated
Inappropriate for a particular circumstance
Similar to content generated for another user
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and deciding whether and how to use any result.
AHEA’s tools do not provide medical, clinical, legal, financial, tax, employment, academic, lobbying, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice.
Results are not a substitute for:
Qualified professional judgment
Independent research
Review of original evidence and sources
Advice from an appropriately licensed professional
Compliance review by your employer, institution, funder, or other organization
The Evidence in Practice Tool may assist with finding and interpreting relevant research, but it does not guarantee:
A comprehensive literature search
A systematic review
A complete evidence base
Clinical appropriateness
Accuracy of every citation or conclusion
Applicability to a particular person, population, institution, or decision
You remain responsible for:
The information you submit
Confirming factual claims and citations
Reviewing language before sharing or publishing it
Protecting confidential and third-party information
Complying with laws, professional duties, employer rules, institutional requirements, and funding conditions
As between you and AHEA, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for lawful personal, professional, academic, organizational, or community purposes.
AHEA retains all rights in the tools themselves, including their interfaces, prompts, systems, templates, workflows, methods, and underlying content.
8. Tool access, free use, and usage controls
Tool access is subject to:
Providing an email address
Any required email verification
Trial or membership eligibility
Applicable generation allowances
Short-term rate limits
Fair-use and security controls
Technical availability
Compliance with these Terms
A verified nonmember user may receive up to two free generations during the lifetime of the email address across the complete AHEA tool suite.
The free allowance:
Is shared across all AHEA tools
Is not two generations per tool
Does not reset monthly or annually
Is enforced through the email address and related access records
May not be recreated through duplicate accounts, alternate email addresses, or other methods intended to evade the limit
Member generation allowances are governed by the Membership Terms.
AHEA may block, delay, or reject requests to prevent automated, abusive, fraudulent, unusually burdensome, or unauthorized use.
9. Sensitive and confidential information
Do not submit through AHEA’s tools, general forms, surveys, or public-facing services:
Medical or patient records
Individually identifiable clinical information
Social Security numbers
Complete payment-card or financial-account information
Trade secrets
Confidential employer, client, student, or institutional records
Personal information about another person that you are not authorized to provide
Tool prompts and generated responses are not Public Submissions. AHEA will not publish them merely because a tool was used.
Tool content may be processed by AHEA’s technology providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. User submissions generally
You retain ownership of material you submit, subject to the rights granted under these Terms.
You represent that:
You created the material or have permission to submit it
It does not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other rights
Information presented as factual is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You have authorization before providing identifiable information about another person
The material does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, or malicious content
Submission does not violate an obligation to an employer, client, school, institution, funder, partner, or other person
You are responsible for removing or appropriately protecting confidential and identifying information before submission.
11. Public Submissions and publication authorization
11.1 Public Submissions
A “Public Submission” is material intentionally submitted through a process identified as an opportunity for possible:
Publication
Professional recognition
Credited contribution
Public campaign development
Public authorship or acknowledgment
Another public-facing purpose
Public Submissions may include:
Profiles in Health Equity Practice
Cases in Health Equity Practice
People’s Health Project campaign materials
Community Health Impact Reports
State of Health Equity in America contributions
Contributor biographies and photographs
Similar public-facing material
Private support inquiries, payment information, tool prompts, generated results, confidential survey responses, and private application responses are not Public Submissions unless a form clearly states otherwise.
11.2 Internal review
By making a Public Submission, you authorize AHEA to:
Receive, store, copy, and review the material
Share it with authorized editors, reviewers, council or committee members, contractors, advisers, and administrators
Contact you about verification, editing, decisions, or next steps
Evaluate it for relevance, quality, accuracy, eligibility, confidentiality, safety, rights, and fit
Submission creates an opportunity for consideration but does not guarantee selection, recognition, authorship, publication, campaign approval, or contributor credit.
11.3 Publication authorization
If a Public Submission is selected, you grant AHEA a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Edit it for clarity, length, consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and style
Reproduce, publish, display, distribute, archive, and preserve it
Adapt its format for websites, email, reports, journals, digital communications, accessible formats, and other AHEA materials
Use excerpts, summaries, titles, and images to describe or promote the selected work, program, campaign, People’s Health Project, or AHEA
Permit AHEA’s service providers and distribution partners to exercise these rights on AHEA’s behalf
Maintain the material as part of AHEA’s institutional and publication record
You retain ownership of the original work unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
You also authorize AHEA to publish approved information connected with the selected work, including your:
Name
Biography
Photograph
Professional, academic, organizational, or community affiliation
Authorship or contributor credit
Unless separately agreed in writing, you will not receive compensation, royalties, or payment for a Public Submission, contributor credit, or related promotional use.
11.4 Editing and withdrawal
AHEA may request revisions or make reasonable editorial changes.
AHEA will not intentionally alter material in a way that materially misrepresents the contributor’s meaning or experience.
You may withdraw a Public Submission before publication by contacting AHEA.
After material has been published, distributed, indexed, archived, incorporated into a report, or relied upon in a campaign or program, withdrawal or complete removal may not be possible.
AHEA will consider reasonable correction or removal requests but is not required to remove accurate material from its institutional or publication record unless applicable law requires removal.
11.5 Information about other people
Your agreement covers only rights you possess.
It does not give AHEA permission to publish another identifiable person’s photograph, story, quotation, health information, or personal information when that person’s authorization is required.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary permission before submitting identifiable third-party material. AHEA may require evidence of permission or a separate release.
11.6 Journal manuscripts
Journal submissions may be reviewed under these Terms, but an accepted manuscript may require a separate author publishing agreement addressing copyright, licensing, authorship, corrections, retractions, and other publication terms.
12. Applications and selected appointments
Applications for leadership, committee, council, editorial, reviewer, campaign, and similar roles are reviewed privately and are not Public Submissions.
If you are selected for a role that AHEA publicly announces or credits, you authorize AHEA to publish approved information reasonably connected with your service, including:
Name
Biography
Photograph
Affiliation
Assigned title
Term or period of service
Related contributor information
Peer-review or reviewer service will be publicized only when the applicable program provides for recognition or the reviewer agrees.
Selection does not create employment, compensation, legal authority, agency, or a right to continued appointment.
13. Profiles and Cases
AHEA will make every reasonable effort to publish complete Profiles in Health Equity Practice and Cases in Health Equity Practice that:
Meet applicable program requirements
Are accurate and complete
Are suitable for publication
Operational, editorial, legal, ethical, confidentiality, accuracy, rights, capacity, or other legitimate concerns may prevent or delay publication.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
14. Surveys and confidential participation
AHEA may conduct surveys, including the Health Equity Pulse.
Unless a survey states otherwise, AHEA may analyze responses and report aggregated or de-identified findings.
AHEA will not intentionally publish an identifiable survey response without the applicable permission.
AHEA may reject, exclude, or remove duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith submissions.
Specific permissions selected within a survey govern whether AHEA may contact a respondent, use a de-identified quotation, invite further participation, or send optional updates.
15. People’s Health Project participation terms
15.1 Scope
These People’s Health Project participation terms apply to the extent relevant to anyone who:
Supports or responds to a PHP campaign
Participates in a PHP program, meeting, training, or communication
Applies for or accepts a PHP role
Assists with campaign development or implementation
Receives access to PHP platforms, materials, supporter information, templates, or branding
Is authorized to communicate or act in connection with PHP
For these Terms, a Formal PHP Participant includes an applicant, approved campaign lead, approved campaign-team member, trainee, contributor, adviser, representative, or other person seeking or receiving formal access, responsibility, authority, or recognition through PHP.
Provisions concerning training, organizational authority, platform access, supporter information, branding, campaign approval, lobbying, and formal representation apply only when relevant to a Formal PHP Participant or a person seeking those responsibilities.
Merely viewing, sharing, or supporting a public campaign does not authorize a person to represent AHEA or PHP.
AHEA may require a Formal PHP Participant to affirmatively accept the current version of these Terms before receiving a title, platform credentials, supporter information, training access, branding permission, or authority to act.
15.2 Respectful conduct and nondiscrimination
PHP participants must treat other people with dignity and respect.
Participants may not engage in unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, exclusion, threats, or retaliation based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship status, religion, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, veteran status, socioeconomic status, political viewpoint, medical condition, insurance status, or another characteristic protected by applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents AHEA from enforcing PHP’s nonpartisan policy, conduct standards, eligibility criteria, campaign requirements, or mission-related decisions.
15.3 Nonpartisan organizational policy
PHP is a nonpartisan public-interest program.
As a matter of AHEA policy, PHP does not support or oppose:
A candidate for public office
A political party
A political action committee
A candidate committee
An electoral campaign
When participating in or representing PHP, a person may not:
Endorse or oppose a candidate, party, PAC, committee, or electoral campaign in PHP’s name
Solicit votes, campaign donations, campaign volunteers, petition signatures, or other electoral support for or against a candidate, party, PAC, or electoral campaign through PHP
Display or distribute candidate- or party-campaign materials through a PHP program, account, platform, meeting, or communication
Use AHEA or PHP names, events, mailing lists, supporter information, websites, social accounts, funds, facilities, materials, or other resources for partisan electoral activity
Imply that AHEA or PHP supports or opposes a candidate, party, PAC, committee, campaign, or partisan electoral outcome
Coordinate election-related activity in PHP’s name without express written authorization and any required legal review
This policy does not prevent PHP from conducting lawful public education, community organizing, issue advocacy, or nonpartisan civic engagement.
It also does not prevent an individual from engaging in lawful political activity in their personal capacity, provided that the activity remains clearly separate from AHEA and PHP.
15.4 Issue advocacy, lobbying, and formal approval
Public education, community organizing, and issue advocacy may be part of PHP’s work when conducted lawfully, accurately, safely, and consistently with the approved campaign plan.
Communications with lawmakers, agencies, public officials, institutions, or other decision-makers may have legal, lobbying, reporting, funding, employment, or stakeholder implications.
A Formal PHP Participant may not independently:
Lobby or claim to lobby on behalf of AHEA or PHP
Speak officially for AHEA or PHP
Negotiate with a public official, institution, organization, or partner on AHEA’s behalf
Commit AHEA or PHP to a position, demand, partnership, expense, event, or course of action
Launch or materially change a campaign in PHP’s name
Make a formal public statement in PHP’s name
Represent that an advocacy action has been approved by AHEA
These activities require prior express authorization from AHEA.
Authorization is limited to the scope, campaign, communication, audience, role, and period identified by AHEA. Approval for one activity does not create continuing or general authority.
15.5 Stakeholder and community responsibility
Formal PHP Participants must:
Follow the approved campaign plan and decision-making process
Consult the individuals or stakeholders identified by AHEA
Disclose known conflicts of interest and material stakeholder relationships
Provide material information that may affect campaign approval, accuracy, safety, legality, or community impact
Avoid making commitments on behalf of another person, community, organization, or institution without authorization
Avoid claiming that a community, organization, stakeholder, or population supports a position without a reasonable basis and appropriate confirmation
Avoid treating prior support, informal discussion, or general mission alignment as approval for a particular statement, event, partnership, campaign, or action
AHEA may require additional consultation, review, documentation, or approval before an activity proceeds.
15.6 AHEA’s authority over PHP activities
AHEA retains the right to:
Review, approve, reject, revise, pause, or discontinue a PHP campaign or activity
Determine whether a campaign, communication, event, partnership, or public statement may be associated with PHP
Decide whether and how AHEA or PHP will promote an activity
Require additional review, training, documentation, or stakeholder engagement
Limit or withdraw a person’s role, access, title, or authorization
Decline to provide branding, platform access, staff support, funding, promotion, or other resources
AHEA may make these decisions based on legal compliance, nonpartisan policy, mission alignment, evidence, accuracy, stakeholder readiness, confidentiality, safety, community impact, reputational risk, organizational capacity, resource limitations, or another legitimate concern.
Prior discussion, application, payment, training, informal encouragement, or general mission alignment does not constitute approval.
15.7 Training and fees
AHEA may require designated training for a particular:
Campaign
Role
Leadership pathway
Platform
Tool
Communication responsibility
Use of PHP branding or materials
When training is required, the participant must complete it before receiving the related access or authorization.
AHEA may charge separately disclosed fees for training, programs, services, platform access, certificates, or related offerings.
Before registering or paying, participants are responsible for reviewing:
The applicable fee
Payment terms
Refund terms
Deadlines
Completion requirements
Access conditions
Payment or completion of training does not, by itself, authorize a person to:
Represent AHEA or PHP
Launch or promote a campaign
Use PHP branding
Access supporter information
Make public commitments
Receive a certificate
Claim that an activity has been approved
Separate express authorization may still be required.
15.8 Use of PHP names, branding, platforms, and resources
A person may use PHP’s name, logo, branding, templates, campaign platform, materials, or internal resources only when and as expressly authorized by AHEA.
Without written authorization, a participant may not:
Create a PHP-branded website, account, page, email address, social profile, publication, event, or merchandise
Alter or distribute PHP templates or branding
Use PHP’s name to solicit funding, sponsorship, participation, media coverage, or organizational support
Claim that an outside project, event, employer, institution, or organization is endorsed by or partnered with PHP
Continue using a PHP title, platform, data, or branding after authorization ends
Share internal materials or credentials with another person
AHEA may withdraw permission at any time. Upon request, the participant must stop using the applicable name, branding, materials, account, title, or platform.
15.9 Supporter and campaign information
A Formal PHP Participant with access to supporter, campaign, applicant, partner, or participant information may use that information only for the specific PHP purpose approved by AHEA.
Unless AHEA gives written authorization, the participant may not:
Copy, export, download, or retain supporter information outside approved systems
Disclose supporter names, email addresses, telephone numbers, locations, messages, signatures, or activity to an unauthorized person
Add a supporter to another mailing list
Use supporter information for personal, employer, political, fundraising, commercial, research, or unrelated purposes
Contact supporters outside the approved campaign process
Sell, exchange, license, or otherwise exploit supporter information
Attempt to identify a person from aggregated or de-identified information
Retain campaign information after the participant’s role or access ends
The participant must follow AHEA’s Privacy Policy, approved campaign procedures, security instructions, and applicable law.
Access must end immediately when AHEA requests it or the participant’s role ends.
15.10 Organizational affiliation and individual responsibility
Participation may be affected by the rules, policies, obligations, or restrictions of a participant’s:
Employer
School or university
Government agency
Professional organization
Funder
Client
Licensing body
Partner organization
Other affiliated institution
Each participant is responsible for determining:
Whether participation is permitted
Whether participation must occur solely in an individual capacity
Whether the participant may identify an employer, title, credential, or affiliation
Whether the participant may speak, advocate, lobby, endorse, organize, or appear on behalf of an affiliated organization
Whether approval, disclosure, recusal, or compliance review is required
AHEA does not determine whether participation complies with another organization’s employment rules, contracts, grant conditions, professional obligations, ethics requirements, or internal policies.
Unless properly authorized, a participant may not state or imply that an employer, institution, funder, client, school, or other organization endorses, sponsors, supports, partners with, or is represented by AHEA, PHP, or a related campaign.
Any reference to a title, credential, employer, institution, or affiliation must be accurate, authorized where necessary, and not misleading.
15.11 Personal-capacity activity
Participants remain free to engage in lawful political, advocacy, professional, or community activity in their personal capacity.
Personal-capacity activity must remain separate from PHP unless AHEA has expressly approved the connection.
A participant may not use or imply the use of PHP’s:
Name
Endorsement
Authority
Supporter information
Platforms
Events
Funds
Materials
Branding
Other resources
for an unapproved personal activity.
15.12 Accuracy, respectful communication, and confidentiality
PHP participants must communicate honestly, accurately, and respectfully.
Participants may not knowingly:
Make a materially false or misleading statement
Misrepresent evidence, data, community support, campaign status, or AHEA approval
Make an unlawful defamatory statement
Disclose confidential, private, or sensitive information without authorization
Alter an approved communication in a way that materially changes its meaning
Present a personal opinion as an official PHP position
Retaliate against a person for raising a concern or declining participation
Participants must promptly notify AHEA when they discover a material error in an approved communication or campaign resource.
15.13 No contractual, financial, partnership, or media authority
Unless AHEA provides prior written authorization, a participant may not:
Sign a contract or agreement for AHEA or PHP
Incur an expense or promise reimbursement in AHEA’s name
Collect or receive money in AHEA’s or PHP’s name
Open a bank, payment, fundraising, or merchant account for PHP
Seek a grant, sponsorship, donation, or financial commitment in PHP’s name
Establish or announce a partnership on AHEA’s behalf
Commit AHEA staff, funds, systems, materials, or services
Speak to the media as an official representative of AHEA or PHP
Hire, supervise, or direct another person on AHEA’s behalf
Make a legal, regulatory, lobbying, or compliance filing for AHEA
AHEA and PHP do not accept charitable donations through the websites or through informal participant fundraising.
15.14 Participant responsibility and professional advice
Participation in advocacy, public education, organizing, community engagement, campaigns, communications, meetings, and training may involve professional, legal, reputational, employment, financial, or personal consequences.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, statements, acts, omissions, and compliance obligations.
PHP provides public-education, organizing, engagement, training, and advocacy-support resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AHEA and PHP do not provide legal, tax, lobbying, employment, financial, regulatory, political, or compliance advice.
Participants are responsible for obtaining any professional or institutional guidance they consider necessary.
The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions elsewhere in these Terms apply to PHP participation.
15.15 Consequences of noncompliance
AHEA may respond to a violation or suspected violation by:
Requesting correction or additional training
Removing or revising content
Limiting or withdrawing authorization
Suspending platform, data, brand, or resource access
Removing a participant from a campaign, training, role, or activity
Withdrawing a title or appointment
Ending formal PHP participation
Suspending or terminating AHEA membership when appropriate
Taking other reasonable corrective, protective, or legal action
Ending a PHP role does not necessarily end the person’s general AHEA membership. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in membership suspension or termination under the Membership Terms.
16. Public campaign participation and New/Mode
Adults may share community experience, support public campaigns, and participate in public-facing PHP actions without becoming AHEA members.
Formal campaign leadership, formal campaign-team participation, Community Health Leadership Training, certificates, platform access, and selected publication roles are available through AHEA membership and may require:
An application
Approval
Additional terms
Training
A separately disclosed fee
Completion of applicable requirements
Membership does not guarantee campaign approval, training completion, certification, publication, platform access, or a campaign outcome.
Public campaign-action forms may be operated through New/Mode.
A campaign form may transmit information identified on the form to:
A designated decision-maker
An elected official
A public agency
An institution
An organization
Another campaign target
Depending on the action, a participant’s name, location, affiliation, message, comment, signature, or other identified information may also appear publicly.
Participants are responsible for reviewing:
The disclosures presented with the action
The information requested
The intended recipient
New/Mode’s applicable terms and privacy policy
Submitting a campaign action does not automatically subscribe a participant to AHEA or PHP promotional communications unless the participant separately chooses to subscribe.
AHEA does not guarantee that a campaign will:
Be approved or published
Receive public attention
Attract supporters
Influence a particular official or institution
Produce a requested policy, program, funding, or practice change
No person may claim to speak for AHEA, PHP, an entire community, or another participant unless expressly authorized.
17. Forums, training, and private discussions
AHEA does not record Member Strategy Forums or Community Health Leadership Training sessions.
AHEA will provide advance notice if a future program or activity will be recorded.
Participants may not record, photograph, transcribe, distribute, or publicly summarize a private forum, training session, meeting, or discussion without AHEA’s permission and any required participant consent.
Participants should not disclose another person’s private, confidential, or sensitive information.
Participation does not create an:
Attorney-client relationship
Clinician-patient relationship
Employer-employee relationship
Fiduciary relationship
Confidential professional-adviser relationship
AHEA may encourage confidentiality but cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Participants should use reasonable judgment before sharing sensitive information in a group setting.

Merchandise offered through the PHP storefront is sold by AHEA, PBLLC and may be produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider.
Merchandise purchases are subject to:
Product descriptions
Prices displayed before purchase

Shipping limitations
Applicable taxes
AHEA’s Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy
Any additional terms displayed at checkout
Because products may be made to order, all sales may be final except for qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, lost, or unshipped orders and remedies required by law.
Purchases help sustain PHP but are not charitable contributions or tax-deductible charitable gifts.
19. Third-party websites and services
AHEA’s websites and services may link to or incorporate third-party platforms, payment services, databases, media, campaign technology, fulfillment services, or other resources.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean that AHEA endorses the third party or guarantees its:
Information
Availability
Accessibility
Privacy
Security
Performance
Services
Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
20. Accessibility
AHEA is committed to improving the accessibility of its websites, tools, publications, forms, account experiences, campaign experiences, and digital programs.
Information about accessibility assistance, alternative formats, and reporting barriers is available in AHEA’s Accessibility Statement.

22. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHEA’s websites, services, tools, publications, campaigns, merchandise information, and content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
AHEA does not warrant that:
Information will be complete, current, or error-free

A third party will act on information, evidence, communications, or campaign requests
A service will operate without interruption or security risk
A campaign or publication will continue for a particular period
Participation will be permitted by a person’s employer, institution, funder, or professional body
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The websites or services
Tools or generated content

Participant communications or conduct
Third-party services
Reliance on AHEA information or resources
Loss of a role, opportunity, appointment, authorization, title, or platform access
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHEA’s total liability arising from or relating to the services will not exceed the amount the claimant paid directly to AHEA during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AHEA and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, advisers, reviewers, volunteers, and authorized representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your material violation of these Terms
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the services

Your misuse of supporter or participant information
Your unauthorized representation that you speak or act for AHEA, PHP, another organization, or a community
A contract, expense, commitment, communication, campaign, or other action you undertake without AHEA’s authorization
This provision does not require you to indemnify AHEA for AHEA’s own unlawful conduct.

AHEA may suspend, limit, or terminate access because of:
Nonpayment
A material violation of these Terms
Account or credential sharing
Fraud, abuse, harassment, retaliation, or harmful conduct
Security concerns
Misuse of personal or supporter information
Misuse of AHEA or PHP branding
Unauthorized organizational representation
Legal requirements
Misrepresentation in an application or submission
Conduct that threatens AHEA, its members, contributors, reviewers, participants, systems, reputation, or programs
Provisions concerning intellectual property, submissions, publication rights, confidentiality, data use, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, records, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires.
26. Electronic communications and acceptance
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, and communications relating to your account, membership, transactions, applications, roles, or participation electronically.
Electronic communications may be provided through:
