Profiles give AHEA members an opportunity to share their professional path, perspective, and contribution to health equity practice.
A profile may explore:
The experiences that have shaped your work
A lesson or perspective others may find useful
The contribution you are making or hope to continue making
Profiles are open to members across career stages, sectors, disciplines, and professional circumstances. You do not need a senior title or traditional leadership position to have experience worth recognizing.
Cases in Health Equity Practice
Sharing work that others can learn from.
Cases document how a project, program, partnership, strategy, or other applied effort was developed and carried out in a real-world setting.
A case may address:
The context or challenge
The approach taken and how it was adapted
What was learned and what others may be able to apply
Cases should focus on completed or substantially completed work. They are practice-based editorial features, not proposals, promotional pieces, or peer-reviewed research articles.
Eligibility and publication
Who can submit
Current AHEA members may submit a Profile in Health Equity Practice or a completed Case in Health Equity Practice for consideration.

How publication works
AHEA reviews member submissions for relevance, quality, and fit with the program. Every reasonable effort will be made to publish complete submissions that meet program requirements, although submission does not guarantee publication.
